Where to drink matcha tea in Milan

Many of you know my passion for Japanese matcha green tea. I am constantly looking for places and tea rooms where I can taste it and fortunately there is no shortage of places in Milan.

Cold, hot, with milk (matcha latte) or cappuccino, it is now available in many variations but only a few prepare it really well.

So here is a list of places or tea rooms where you can enjoy a delicious matcha.

Chà Tea Atelier

Small tea room with a truly impressive choice of products. Get advice from the very kind owner: you will find kindness and competence here. The matcha here is really good.

The Tenoha drink list obviously does not lack matcha to be enjoyed hot (also cappuccino) or cold, of a ceremonial degree or less.

For a relaxing break in the Navigli area this is a good option, especially if there is the possibility to sit in the restaurant's outdoor area.

Xingcha (CLOSED)

Very elegant tea room managed by two young Chinese girls who, in a common area, prepare the product of your choice according to the dictates of the Chinese or Japanese tea ceremony.

Here, in addition to a wide range of Chinese teas, there is obviously also matcha with the possibility of enjoying it both hot and cold. To this is added some desserts as an accompaniment and lunch only by reservation.
