Valentine's Day Japanese chocolates and strawberries

In Japan and South Korea, for Valentine's Day, girls prepare chocolates with their hands to give to their loved one, to declare themselves. They are therefore the ones who offer a gift. The boys will have to wait an exact month (March 14) before giving an answer, during White Day.
For this recipe you can use chocolate both in bars and in nuggets (you can find them at supermarket).
If during the preparation the chocolate solidifies too much, you can stretch it with a little water, to make it more liquid.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 dark chocolate bar
- 1 milk chocolate bar
- 1 Ruby pink chocolate bar
- 1 1/2 white chocolate bar
- 1/2 oz whiskey (or rum)
- matcha tea powder
- walnuts
- raisins
- pistachios (without salt)
- strawberries
PREPARATION OF DARK CHOCOLATES WITH WHISKEY
- Melt the dark chocolate made in small pieces in a bain-marie.
- Remove from the heat and add the whiskey. Mix carefully.
- Fill the cups with dark whiskey chocolate and firm completely in the refrigerator.
- Remove from the paper cup. Brush with whiskey dark chocolate. Put the crumbled walnuts and raisins on the surface.
PREPARATION OF MILK AND PISACHIO CHOCOLATES
- Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Remove from heat.
- Fill half the cup with milk chocolate.
- Add some crumbled pistachios.
- Cover with milk chocolate, filling the baking tray completely.
- Allow to firm completely in the refrigerator.
- Remove from the paper cup. Brush with milk chocolate and sprinkle with crumbled pistachios.
PREPARATION PINK AND WHITE CHOCOLATES
- Melt the pieces of ruby pink chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Remove from heat.
- Fill half the baking tray.
- Refrigerate and firm completely.
- Melt the chopped white chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Remove from heat.
- Fill the rest of the baking sheet until it is completely filled.
- Refrigerate and firm completely.
PREPARATION PINK CHOCOLATES
- Melt the pieces of ruby pink chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Remove from heat.
- Fill the baking cups completely.
- Refrigerate and firm completely.
PREPARATION OF CHOCOLATES WITH MATCHA
- Melt the chopped white chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Add matcha tea powder and mix thoroughly. Add other pieces of white chocolate and melt completely.
- Remove from heat.
- Fill the baking cups completely.
- Refrigerate and firm completely.
- Remove the chocolates from the baking cups. Brush the surface with white chocolate.
- Sprinkle with matcha tea.
PREPARATION OF STRAWBERRIES WITH CHOCOLATE
- Prepare the dark chocolate with whiskey (see recipe above).
- Remove from heat.
- Skewer the strawberry with a toothpick on the top and pass them inside the melted chocolate.
- Arrange the strawberries on a plate covered with parchment paper.
- Put in the refrigerator and completely harden the chocolate.
