Toccartè 点茶
Toccartè 点 茶 is a hidden bar a few steps from Duomo square and Cordusio square. Perfect for a quiet break in the heart of the city but away from the tourist hordes.
Here you will find numerous varieties of milk tea (classic or more elaborated such as matcha or caramel tea), cream crown, various qualities of milk, fresh fruit tea (I tried the one with grapefruit and honey, good and refreshing) and various specialties such as those with the addition of cheese or panna cotta milk tea.
For each of the individual preparations it is possible to add toppings as desired (such as, among others, tapioca pearls, whipped cream, azuki or jellies).
If you also want to have a quick meal, here it is possible: there is in fact a short menu that offers some dishes such as noodles with spicy mix, rice with spicy beef or eel, spicy soup, rice with beans and meat or with beef and onion, noodles cold with beef or hot dog.
The place is quite small and spartan, perfect for the take away formula. But a ladder gives access to a mezzanine with tables and sofas where you can stop in comfort - there are also electrical sockets for electronic devices in case you need them.
