Tanabata

A few steps from the Porta Romana metro stop there is a very small but incredibly well-stocked bookshop that bears the name of Tanabata (literally "Feast of the stars", a traditional Japanese event linked to the lunar calendar).

Here you will find really everything in terms of books, both in Italian and in the original language, novels, illustrated or photographic volumes, cookery and history books, Tanabata satisfies everyone.

But there is even more: there are also numerous gadgets or gift items, such as ceramics, tea or sake sets, calendars, flags, daruma, origami, furin, noren, incense, traditional music CDs and even incense. There are also some free magazines available at the entrance.

The online store is available on the website.
