Matcha porridge
Porridge is a preparation made all over the world. The simplicity of cooking and its versatility make it a highly appreciated food, as well as being healthy and nutritious. The beauty of porridge is that you can use any type of milk you want; I used soy milk, thus creating a nutritious and fat-free breakfast. The same goes for toppings: fresh or dried fruit, chocolate flakes, honey or sweetener ... let your imagination run wild! INGREDIENTS - 100 gr of oat flakes - 100 gr milk (choose the quality you prefer) - 100 gr natural water + 1 tablespoon of lukewarm natural water - 1 teaspoon matcha - fresh (or dried) fruit - dark chocolate chips - honey PREPARATION - Pour oat flakes, milk and natural water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Cook for about 6/7 minutes, turning continuously. Turn off the stove when the density is to your taste (more liquid and creamy or drier). Leave to rest for a few minutes. - Prepare the matcha tea by mixing the tea with the lukewarm water in a small bowl. Stir well until the tea powder dissolves. - When the porridge is lukewarm / almost cold, pour it into a bowl and add it with the matcha tea, mixing well. - Cut the selected fresh fruit and garnish the porridge bowl. Add dark chocolate flakes and sweeten with honey. Serve immediately.
