L. Z. Pasticceria
After Parigi Dolci and Mr. Time in the heart of the China Town area, another Chinese pastry shop has opened in Nolo: L. Z. Pasticceria by Jiajin Lei. It is a very small shop with a cooking laboratory inside.
On the shelves you will find many Chinese sweets of Japanese and Korean but also Western derivation, such as the very good egg tart (famous dessert of Canton and Macao, halfway between the English cream tart and the Portuguese pateis de nata), the French-inspired brioches or sweet bread. There is no shortage of cake design for special occasions, dry pastries (a myriad of peanut, sesame and cat's tongue biscuits) but also savory proposals containing cheese or even meat (in my opinion the sheets with turnip tops and dried meat are very good).
