Kimchi Grilled Cheese (김치 그릴치즈) is an extremely popular sandwich in South Korea, so much so that it has gone viral.
white bread for sandwich
1 teaspoon sugar
sliced mozzarella (food preparation for pizza or similar product)
Melt a small piece of butter in a pan and pour in the kimchi. Cook it for a few minutes, adding the sugar and mixing well. Pour everything into a bowl and set aside.
Clean the pan and melt another piece of butter in it. Brown the two slices of bread in melted butter.
Place the mozzarella and then the kimchi on the two slices of bread. Close the sandwich and leave to brown on both sides over a low heat.
