A few months away a small tea shop has opened in Porta Venezia. This place bears the "subtitle" Tea Lab. A name, a reason, given that once you cross the threshold you will immerse yourself in a world made of unique blends.
But let's start with order. The owner is called Francesco and is a very fine connoisseur of the raw material. Extremely kind and attentive, he will find the recipe for your happiness. Despite the small space, here he managed to combine the best choices to satisfy even the most demanding customer. His, no coincidence, is the typical scientific approach: from a careful and scrupulous selection he pursues a research made of tastings and creativity to reach results that are nothing short of surprising.,
Giusmin is an independent tea shop that offers a wide range of pure teas, delicious and refined blends, herbal teas but also accessories for the preparation and service of tea, as well as precious gift ideas for a special thought.
Attention to detail can be seen everywhere, even in reusable and biodegradable packaging. Above each package are the name of the specific product, the weight calibrated according to the water used (with the relative temperature) and the infusion time. Getting it wrong will be practically impossible.
Choosing a blend is difficult for the simple fact that it is all incredibly inviting! Let yourself be guided by Francesco, in fact, but above all come back because this laboratory always has something in store for you.
Among the blends tried, I point out Altrove (green tea, roasted green apple, coconut, pistachio, cranberry), Sunny (green tea, pumpkin, orange, carrot), Rossetto & cioccolato (black tea, cocoa, raspberries, cinnamon, blueberry, blackberries, cranberry) and, finally, the Soba Cha (lightly toasted buckwheat) which immediately took me back to Japan through an incredible sensory journey!
