Buono Ravioli
A few steps from the Loreto stop there is a shop window along the road that bears the sign for Buono Ravioli: for obvious reasons, you have to come and try the dumplings, the rest of the menu is, in my opinion, forgettable - banal dishes based on of sautéed rice and soy noodles.
Here you will find a spartan and no frills environment, perfect for a quick lunch or snack if you are already in Corso Buenos Aires. The dumplings are prepared in the open kitchen, they are artisanal and good.
Do not miss the pork and vegetable dumplings for anything in the world! They will win you over for their delicacy (they are steamed, but you can ask them to be prepared on the grill) and substance (besides being abundant they are also large).
There are also other variations such as those with pork and mustard, san xian (with shrimp, pork, carrots and mushrooms), or chicken, veal or vegetables only - my favorites remain the first mentioned.
Baozi are also delicious: for a small amount you will be given not one but three large baozi! I was unable to finish them and so I took away.
There is not much more to add: it is a very simple but tasty cuisine, which will give you the right energy while shopping in the center of the city at a low price.
