BaoZi

In the middle of China Town, could a single-product showcase entirely dedicated to the most appreciated Chinese bread of the moment be missing? Absolutely not, in fact, BaoZi has just opened, which bears the name of the famous steamed buns.

In China baozi are eaten for breakfast or during meals, in Paolo Sarpi you will discover that they are also excellent as a savory snack.

This shop, like many on the same false line, is not a restaurant but a small corner with open kitchen on the street. In short, the classic street food takeaway place.

Open a few steps from the Ravioleria Sarpi (which made these buns really famous in a short time), from which it is evident that they took the formula, BaoZi offers a less burning and much less greasy product.

At a very paltry price, you can enjoy different types of baozi, one tastier than the other. For example, I am a great admirer of that stuffed with pork or with beef and potatoes. At the end of the short menu you will also find the famous tea eggs.

Dumplings have also recently been added (chosen from pork, beef or vegetables).

To drink, there is fresh soy milk.
