Armonico is a very recent reality in Milan, located in the Isola area. The opening was planned through a strong sponsorship on Instagram and a mailing list system through which to receive more information on the matter. In fact, it is a new delivery system that concerns only sushi, with free deliveries made by the staff throughout the city of Milan.
The creators are Teo Fraschini and Daniel Fompowou. The executive chef is José De Souza, originally from Sao Paulo (Brazil). From his biography it is clear that he was already working in a real sushi bar as an apprentice at the age of twenty, before moving to Lisbon, Barcelona and London, where he worked at Zuma (Japanese-fusion restaurant chain founded by chef Rainer Becker, whose description quotes: "dishes are authentic but not traditional") and later by Sexi Sushi, the proposed cuisine is very similar to that of Zuma, nikkei and robata style dishes (Japanese cooking style similar to barbecue).
On the menu there are numerous traditional nigiri, sashimi, hosomaki and a range of uramaki. There is also a large section dedicated to vegan sushi.
Perfect to share are the ten tasting boxes, each with a different theme. Finally, the menu presents an interesting sake card, not surprisingly called Saketeca.
The attention paid to the graphics of the site is a lot, so much so that everything is extremely glossy and with a great desire for efficiency (as shown by the information chat box). The same attention is paid to the decidedly refined packaging.
A small bottle of Italian RICE sake, a limited edition, is also included in the packages.
