Noemi Pelagalli lives in Milan and she is a social media manager, blogger, youtuber. She deals with communication, photography and organization of events and tours.

After graduating in Foreign Languages and Literature and Communication, Noemi worked in fashion publishing. She has a diploma in International American Bartending and Mixology and she has worked for large companies operating in the Asian restaurant sector.
 

Cookingwiththehamster is a project born in 2018 and today represents the most read blog and the most followed guide to Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Hong Kong restaurants. Written in Italian and English, it collects useful information on restaurants, shops, fashion and culture articles, recipes to make at home.
